Easy After Purchase File Upload
Please remember to include your order number when uploading your files so we can correctly match them to your order.
Production time begins when we receive your file, rather than when the order is placed.
Our standard production time is 3–4 business days, excluding weekends. If your order includes fulfillment speed, a different timeline applies. Shipping orders standard turnaround time is week, not including carrier delivery time.
For best print quality, your file should be at the same size (or as close as possible) to the final print size you purchased and have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
If necessary, WPE will send a proof for your approval before printing.
Please make sure your email address is up to date and check your email regularly, as this is how we will contact you with proofs or any updates about your order.
