Transporting Your Prints - Will it fit?
Some of our prints are quite large and sturdy, such as single-piece panels measuring up to 4x8 ft. These cannot be folded and require enough space for safe transport.
Please be mindful of how you plan to transport your prints when placing your order. You can let us know in the order comments the size that works best for your transport.
Always review the sizes shown in your proof before approving. The final print size will be confirmed with your proof, so please make sure it matches what your vehicle can safely accommodate.
Please note that WPE does not provide corner protection, boxes, or packaging.
Recommended Vehicles:
For products larger than 45 inches, we recommend using a large SUV (7-seater) or a minivan with the seats folded down.
Pickup trucks are not recommended for transporting foam prints, as we have had cases of prints being lost during transportation before.

Communication
How will I receive updates about my order?
We primarily communicate by email.
Please make sure your email is correct when placing your order.
We’ll send proofs and updates directly to your inbox — check your spam/junk folders too.
File Setup & Print Quality
What is the best file type to send?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS).
If you use Canva, you can send us your Canva link — just include your order number.
Tip: In Canva, resize your design to inches to match your final print size for best results.
What’s a “print-ready file”?
A print-ready file is final and ready to go — no edits, no resizing, no changes needed.
How can I make sure my prints look sharp?
Send your file at the same size (or very close) to the size of the print you ordered, at 300 DPI.
If your design is a photo, you can try sending it directly from your photographer or designer — try to avoid screenshots.
What is bleeding and why does it matter?
Bleed is a little extra space around your design that gets trimmed off during printing. Keep all important text and images away from the edges so nothing important gets cut.
Do I need to measure before ordering?
Yes! Measuring helps ensure your print fits your setup, display space, or even your car for transport.
We include measurements on our product pages and proofs to make planning easy.
PNG, JPG or Vector
What is a PNG, JPG or Vector?
PNG: Has a clear (invisible) background — perfect for logos or shapes.JPG: A flat picture — great for photos.Vector (AI, SVG, EPS): Can grow as big as you want without getting blurry — best for text or logos.
What is DPI
DPI means “dots per inch.” Imagine drawing with lots of tiny dots — the more dots you use, the clearer and detailed your picture looks! So, 300 DPI means your picture is full of dots and will print nice and sharp.
What is Aspect Ratio
Aspect ratio is how wide and tall your picture is Keeping the same ratio means your picture stays looking “right” — not squished or stretched.
Visualizing Sizes
We know that measurements like feet and inches can be tricky to imagine, so here’s a way to help you picture the sizes of our prints and foam pieces:
- 1 ft (12 in) → Cereal box
- 2 ft (24 in) → Standard microwave oven width
- 3 ft (36 in) → Traffic cone standard height
- 3.5 ft (42 in) → Some washing machines
- 4 ft (48 in) → About the height of a countertop
- 5 ft (60 in) → Sabrina Carpenter
- 6 ft (72 in) → Door frame
- 6.5 ft (78 in) → Michael Jordan
- 7.5 ft (90 in) → Garage door opening
⚠️ Important: These comparisons are only meant to help you visualize sizes. They are not exact measurements. We always recommend measuring your space with a measuring tape to ensure your products fit perfectly on your setups.
