RETURN POLICY
At WPE Printing, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Every order is customized, and each project requires dedicated time and effort from our team. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
All sales are final – Non-Refundable
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, as the items are customized, personalized, and made-to-order, and employee time and production resources are immediately dedicated to each project.
Clients receive digital proofs before production. Once a proof is approved, WPE Printing is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misspellings contained in the approved artwork. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review size, image quality, text, and all other details before approving the proof.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported to WPE upon pickup.
After evaluation, a reprint or store credit may be issued. Color variations are normal and are not considered defects, and minor imperfections that do not affect the overall quality or usability of the print are also excluded.
Liability Transfer
Local Pickup/Delivery: Once items are handed over to the customer, driver, pickup representative, or courier (e.g., Uber, Lyft, or other), WPE Printing is no longer responsible or liable for any damage, wear, or other issues that occur after transfer.
Shipping Orders: Once an order is shipped, WPE Printing is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the carrier. Any claims related to shipping must be handled directly with the carrier. By choosing shipping, the customer accepts full responsibility for all shipping-related circumstances.
Graphic Design Services
All graphic design services are non-refundable. Once work begins or the initial proof is sent, no refunds will be issued, as our team dedicates time and effort to creating your files.
Old or Unfulfilled Orders
Orders or items that remain unfulfilled for more than 180 days from the date of purchase are no longer valid; they expire.
Once an order is printed, we hold the items in-store for 45 days. If items are not picked up within this period, they will be discarded, and no refunds will be issued.
By placing an order with WPE Printing, you agree to this Refund Policy and the associated terms and conditions.
Black Friday Sale Policy

Redemption Period: All Black Friday sale items must be redeemed and used within 180 days from the date of purchase. Orders not used within this time frame will be considered expired and cannot be refunded or extended.

Single Transaction Requirement: Each Black Friday sale order must be redeemed in a single transaction. Orders cannot be split or used across multiple transactions. If multiple redemptions are required, separate orders must be placed accordingly.

Final Sale: All Black Friday sale orders are final and cannot be modified, exchanged, refunded, or canceled after purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing the transaction.

Additional Orders: Customers are welcome to place multiple orders for separate uses as needed, following the terms outlined in this policy.
