• First Proof: Delivered within 1–3 business days from the customer’s response (Monday–Friday).
• First Revisions: Delivered within 1–2 business days from the customer’s response (Monday–Friday).
• Printing Time: Printed backdrops, cutouts, banners, and floor prints are processed within 1–2 business days after final revision/approval (Monday–Friday).
• Shipping Time: Items ship within one business day after approval.
